Harpo is the name for the streaming parts of the Taint Radio schedule where there’s no specific program slotted in. Taint Radio founder Bob Rogers programs this and it’s a lot of work. In light of the 30th being the Taint’s final day, and there’s lots of Harpo on a Tuesday, I decided to contribute some music. It’s a 90-minutes of music by artists from 18 different countries to mark the “other” April 30th event: International Jazz Day.
This was my 605th show for Taint after joining in January 2012. I can proudly say I didn’t miss a week and each show was an adventure. A lot of wonderful music was heard on Taint Radio and I know artists appreciated having their music played there. It was honest and genuine in its love for the music. Congratulations to everyone associated with Taint Radio.
